Rule spacing in practice
Narrow 6 mm rules pack more lines on a page. Standard 8 mm is a comfortable handwriting interval. Wide 10 mm rules leave extra room between lines. The optional vertical margin line is measured from the left of the printable area (after the page margin), default 20 mm. It is a writing guide, not a second page margin.
Presets: Narrow, Standard, Wide, and Ruled With Margin. For note-taking with less visual noise, try dot grid paper.
